Students must hold a valid passport or be in the process of applying for one.
Students must meet the academic and language requirements set by the destination institution or country.
Students under 18 must have parental or guardian consent in writing.
Free consultations are available for initial guidance.
Booking any paid service requires signing a service agreement.
Students must provide accurate and truthful information during the consultation and application process.
All required documents (passport copy, transcripts, certificates, etc.) must be submitted on time.
Fake or altered documents will result in immediate cancellation of services, and no refunds will be issued.
Students are responsible for checking deadlines and cooperating in a timely manner.
SAS provides assistance, but the final decision on admission or visa approval lies with the university and embassy.
Some services (such as application processing or visa assistance) may involve non-refundable fees.
Payment must be made in full before certain services begin.
A receipt will be issued for every transaction.
While SAS provides guidance, we do not guarantee scholarships or visa approval.
Students are responsible for attending interviews and meeting embassy requirements.
If a student decides to cancel their application after booking, a written notice must be submitted.
Refunds (if applicable) are subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement.
SAS is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incomplete student documents or late responses.
Students are expected to communicate respectfully with our counselors and partners.
Disrespectful, abusive, or dishonest behavior may result in termination of services.
All personal information will be handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with privacy policies.
By booking with Study Abroad Space, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these rules and regulations.
